Spirituality: Power Plays 2008 or "Where Is Pastor Dee?"

2008 SPIRITUAL POWER PLAYS

In an earlier Spirituality Blog, I told you that whenever you notice that I have not been writing for a long time, it is because I am under spiritual attack from evil satanic forces - vies for power in the spirit realm. Those whom I have been blessed and honored to pastor have been well taught that Satan is never after the thing that is right in front of your face. He is never after the thing that he is troubling you with.

Trouble is merely a smoke-screen that Satan hopes will get you to take your attention off the Word of God, off the last thing that God revealed to you (for yourself or someone you are helping) or off the prophetic will of God that you were commanded to fulfill. There are ALWAYS greater things at stake than the things you may lose during the interim battle. Read Mark chapter four verses one through twenty-five (Mark 4:1-25) and memorize the root Truth that Christ Jesus is teaching.

I have wanted to continue part two of the topic "Spiritual Power Plays" ever since that Monday, December 3rd blog, but as you can see, the messages I have to instruct you in concerning "Spiritual Power Plays" has been repeatedly and temporarily hindered. Today, I am attempting to give you just a little bit more -- as much as God enables me to while still in the heat of battle.

THE BATTLE FOR BELLEVUE IN THE SPIRIT REALM

First, may I make it perfectly clear that God always causes those who are obedient to him AND walking in His love to triumph over satanic powers. This is something the believer must know. In the heat of battle is no time to waiver on this Truth. Realize that it is only a matter of timing -- not IF you will triumph, but WHEN you will triumph. In the spirit realm, the answer to "when" is before you even get started, you are destined to win. Three spiritual Truths are in play - Truths are unchangeable facts about God and how He works his power in the affairs of mankind.

2 Corinthians 2:14

Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.



Ecclesiastes 9:11


I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all.



Hebrews 10:35-37

35 Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.

36 For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.

37 For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry.



The above scriptures confirm the Truth I originally stated:

The believer must know that God always causes you to triumph over satanic powers. It is not a matter of if He will, but only of when He will -- when is before you begin the battle.


In this understanding, you must realize that the battle may be long, even years, sometimes centuries long -- but payday always comes. Payday is good if you are on the Lord's side. Payday is very bad if you are on the side of the Lord's enemy.

Equally important to understand is that you must not look at the smoke-screen, that is, how things "appear". Appearance is Satan's turf. He is very skilled at using his power to produce illusion.



Things may appear to be going very bad and all you keep seeing is bad, but if you hold loyal to Christ, you will experience the joy of seeing a sudden and drastic change in the appearance -- when the truth prevails.

8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

It "appeared" even to me, that Truth Seekers House Churches meetings in Bellevue were ended. If you read the right-side panel of this blog, you will see that I even said so, mournfully. However, as a result of the sufferings that one person put me through, I was asked to pastor someone else and church meetings have been re-established for at least a month. Other ways of getting Christ's message out are also underway, where before, hindrances to the message were repetitive.
